How does the consultation process work?
We start with a visit to your space to assess light conditions and understand your preferences. After our visit, we’ll create a custom proposal with plant options, container selections, and maintenance recommendations tailored to your space and budget. The process is friendly and designed to show you what’s possible when we grow your green.
What is your service area?
We serve the Greater Memphis area, including Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Lakeland, Arlington, Millington, and Bartlett. We also cover parts of Fayette County (Oakland, Rossville) and Northern Mississippi (Southaven, Horn Lake, Olive Branch). Not sure if we serve your location? Just give us a call.
Do you provide maintenance for plants you didn't install?
Absolutely. We’re happy to evaluate your existing plants and develop a maintenance program to help them thrive. After an initial assessment, we’ll recommend any necessary adjustments and integrate your plants into our regular care schedule just like plants we’ve installed ourselves.
How often do you service the plants?
Most clients receive bi-weekly maintenance visits – the ideal frequency for keeping plants looking their best year-round. For exterior plants during hot Memphis summers, we typically increase to twice weekly. Your schedule is always tailored to what your specific plants need.
What if a plant doesn't thrive in my space?
We stand behind every plant we install and maintain with our plant guarantee. If a plant isn’t doing well despite our regular care, we’ll promptly replace it at no additional cost. We carefully select each plant for your specific environment, but if one doesn’t adjust as expected, we’ll quickly bring in a better-suited replacement.
Do you work with residential clients?
Absolutely! While most of our clients are commercial, we love bringing professionally designed and maintained plants into homes. Whether you’re looking for statement plants, a collection throughout your home, or seasonal exterior containers, we offer the same personalized service and attention to detail that our commercial clients enjoy.
Can we engage you in our architecture or interior design project?
Yes. We work with many clients who want to prioritize plants in their building design. We recommend engaging our team at the beginning of your project to ensure your plants have the necessary light and structures they need.
