Founded in 1977 on the simple belief that indoor spaces need living beauty, InteriorScapes has embraced the evolving science that adding plants to the built environment enhances creativity and cognitive development; reduces stress; improves air quality; and increases efficiency, productivity, and social cohesion.
When I purchased the business in 2010, I was determined to increase, in these ways, the well-being of the PEOPLE in the businesses we served and thus increase the success of our clients – by Growing Their Green. Our approach has always been distinctly Memphis. Here, relationships matter, quality speaks for itself, and genuine service is just how business should be done.

Little did Chris Norris know when studying environmental sciences, biology and botany in college that terms with which she had become acutely aware – biophilia, mimicry, and symbiosis – would one day fuel her passion to introduce people to the healing benefits of the natural world.

As early hunches about the benefits of plants have been validated by scientific studies, an entire design industry began to focus on the innate desire of humans to connect to God’s natural world – biophilia. We have too because we want to create for you an environment where people flourish.
